Covid 19 update

At Anthony Aesthetics the health and well being of my patients is the top priority.

As you will be aware, the Welsh government has announced another lock down.  Unfortunately during this period I have made the decision to close.  I feel we should support the NHS as much as possible and keep face- face contacts to a minimum.  We all need to stay at home as much as possible.

Medical appointments are a reason to travel during a lock down, so if you are experiencing any problems I am available when necessary.  Video consultations and review appointments are also available, please get in touch.

Thank you for your understanding at this unprecedented time.

What to expect?

The new normal

Before you arrive
  • If you are a new patient to the clinic, before a face-face appointment, I will initially arrange a zoom or video call consultation.  We will run through exactly what you are looking for, what is on offer, do's and don'ts also discussing your medical history and the risks involved with different treatments.  You will have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

  • At your face-face appointment please be on time

  • Remain outside, stay in your car where possible.

  • Phone or txt me to confirm you have arrived.

  • You should have received and completed before hand a consent form via email, updating your medical history and checking you are free from COVID symptoms.

Entering the building
  • I will contact you to asked to make your way to the door.  If your appointment is in Hensol, please use the large glass patio doors as the entrance.

  • You must wear a face mask.

  • You will be asked you use the hand sanitiser.

  • You will be asked to place your bag and coat in a designated area that can be wiped clean once you leave the premises.

  • Please bring minimal belongings with you.

  • You must attend your appointment on your own unless you have a medical reason requiring assistance.

During the appointment
  • I will be wearing PPE as we will be within 2 meters.

  • Things may take a little longer.

  • You will still receive the top notch treatment and care that I take pride in.

After your appointment
  • You will collect your belonging form the designated area they were placed, asked to use sanitiser and escorted out of the premises.

  • Post operative guidance will be discussed at the appointment but will be email to you also.  I will no longer be giving out a hard copy.

  • If a review appointment is required, initially this will be arranged via facetime or zoom to reduce face to face appointments as much as possible.
