What to expect?
The new normal
Before you arrive

If you are a new patient to the clinic, before a face-face appointment, I may initially arrange a zoom or video call consultation. We will run through exactly what you are looking for, what is on offer, do's and don'ts also discussing your medical history and the risks involved with different treatments. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

At your face-face appointment please be on time

You no longer need to phone when you arrive, please come on in.
Entering the building

If your appointment is in Hensol, please use the large glass patio doors as the entrance.

Please still wear a face mask in communal areas.

You will be asked you use the hand sanitiser.

Please bring minimal belongings with you.
During the appointment

I will be wearing PPE as we will be within 2 meters.

Things may take a little longer.

You will still receive the top notch treatment and care that I take pride in.
After your appointment

Post operative guidance will be discussed at the appointment but will be email to you also. I will no longer be giving out a hard copy.
